Cleburne Parks and Recreation Athletic Field Rules & Guidelines
• A team/individual may reserve an athletic field a maximum of two (2) time slots in a seven (7) consecutive day period.
• All reservations require an approved permit to be on hand during the reserved time period.
• Reservations may be made no more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the reservation.
• Athletics Fields will not be available for reservation on the same day as Parks and Recreation Softball league games are scheduled.
• Currently there is no fee for a reservation.
• $35.00 fee per hour for use of any athletic field lights. Fees are due at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to reservation.
• Infield preparation fee is $150.00 per reservation and must be scheduled seven (7) days in advance. Infield preparation is required for all tournaments.
• Glass containers are prohibited. City Ordinance 98.005
• Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. City Ordinance 130.2
• Motorized vehicles are prohibited.
• Steel spiked cleats are not allowed.
